It includes protein, healthy fat, and fiber to keep your blood sugar stable, so you'll have steady energy, focus, and mood all day.

Nourish Bowls are also easy to customize based on what you love and what you have on hand. Swap the chicken for salmon, ground beef, or organic tofu. Use avocado in place of the hummus and choose whatever greens and vegetables you're currently craving.

If you prep the primary ingredients once, you can mix and match a variety of nourish bowls throughout the week. We suggest preparing the proteins and any other cooked components at once so you can easily toss together a delicious and nutritious bowl during your busy workdays.


  • 2 cups greens

  • 1 cup roasted vegetables

  • 1 cup grilled chicken breast

  • 1/2 cup hummus

  • Olive oil and vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste
