Hormone Balancing Chocolate Energy Balls

We all know how those chocolate cravings can hit, especially around certain times of the month. But fear not, these energy balls are here to rescue you from temptation and support happy hormones with the magic of seed cycling.

These energy balls are packed with a powerhouse of seeds carefully chosen to align with your body's natural rhythms. It’s as easy as choosing the Nurture or Radiate blend from our favorite seed cycling company, Funk It.

The Nurture blend contains ground pumpkin and flaxseeds, carefully crafted to provide hormonal support during the first half of your cycle, while the Radiate blend combines ground sesame and sunflower seeds to balance your hormones during the second half.

Each of the seeds in Funk It’s blends contain healthy fats and a variety of vitamins and minerals to support your body at certain times of your cycle. These nutrients support hormone production and metabolism to ease your menstrual symptoms and bolster reproductive health.

Plus, they’re naturally sweetened with dates that provide a healthy source of energy and fiber, aiding in digestion and blood sugar regulation. Nut butter adds a dose of healthy fats, while cacao powder provides antioxidants, mood-boosting properties, and satisfies chocolate cravings.

Next time you’re craving a sweet treat, give these a try and trust that you're also nourishing your body and supporting hormone balance. What could be better?!

  • 1 cup Funk It Seeds (Nurture for days 1-14 of your cycle, Radiates for days 15-28)
