Service Description

Review of testing recommended by Purely Rooted Nutrition and Wellness. Protocol updates and check-in. All sessions are held via Zoom, unless otherwise indicated. You will receive a Zoom link via email once your session is booked. Highmark BCBS, Capital Blue Cross, Medicare, Humana, Aetna and UPMC plans are currently accepted for consultations.
