New Client Initial Consultation - Adult

Service Description

Our Functional Nutritionists will review your intake paperwork, health assessment form, food journal, and any recent lab testing you may have. Together, you will dive deep into your health history, current health and personal goals. Each client will end their session with a clear cut and customized wellness plan to get them started on a wellness journey to optimal health and healing. All sessions are held via Zoom unless otherwise indicated. You will receive your Zoom link via email once you are booked. Highmark BCBS, Capital Blue Cross, Medicare, Humana, Aetna and UPMC plans are currently accepted for consultations.
