Together, you will go through your fridge and cupboards as Naomi offers education on food, cooking, and storage products, discusses the importance of food labels, and advises on healthier alternatives. While this may seem intimidating to some, it is actually one of the most loved offerings as it is a practical and encouraging process towards future success. Includes TWO 1 hour sessions. Central PA Only for in person Kitchen Clean Ups or Zoom Info Sessions for those out of the area.
